Wellheads

As each client has a different idea of what they need from a wellhead, there isn’t a standard detail. Cygnet will fabricate any type of wellhead from drawings supplied. Alternatively our engineers can design a bespoke wellhead to meet our client’s particular need. These designs could be supplied as fully dimensioned drawings and are of a quality that may be used in client literature.

Specialist Wellheads

We have a number of wellhead designs that are currently successfully operating in many sites throughout the country. Well heads or closures can be built for any size facility from 32mm monitoring well to 2.5m extraction shafts.

Whatever your requirements, all fabrications are made with the same attention to detail. They are fabricated utilising our modern specialist, butt fusion, electro-fusion and extrusion welding equipment. And are checked using our in house CQA procedures.
