Enclosures

Cygnet Fabrications have developed a fully HDPE wellhead, knock out pot and valve enclosure which specifically meets the needs of the landfill market. This enclosure has been designed for practicality, functionality, weight and economy as well as versatility.

Construction

Constructed entirely from HDPE it is fully compliant with the DSEAR regulations. The units are fabricated in a range of diameters and depths depending upon the application. They are fabricated with 600x600mm hinged opening and galvanized locking ring.

Fully removable top

The hatch opening is suited for monitoring and general maintenance, however if improved access is required the entire top plate of the chamber is detachable by simply removing 3 locking pins and lifting or sliding off via two robust top plate handles.

Valve chambers

These enclosures can be adapted to become sealed valve chambers by the inclusion of a suitably sized valve and welded HDPE base plate. The final, simple connection into any pipe system by electro fusion jointing to spigots outside the chamber.
